Stay informed by subscribing to the Public Meetings Calendar. Once subscribed, upcoming meetings will sync with your calendar. The Public Meetings Calendar includes meetings for City Council, Council Subcommittees, and Boards and Commissions.

How to Subscribe

If your calendar is on a Mac:

• Under the File menu, find the “New Calendar Subscription” button
• Input: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/cityclerksunnyvale%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics
• Adjust the Location and Auto-refresh settings to your liking and click OK

If your calendar is on an iOS device:

• Find the “Add Calendar” button
• Select "Add Subscription Calendar"
• Input: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/cityclerksunnyvale%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics
• Adjust the Color setting to your liking and click Add

If your calendar uses the Microsoft Outlook desktop application:

• Find the “Add Calendar” button
• Select "From Internet"
• Input: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/cityclerksunnyvale%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics

If you use ^*Microsoft 365 or another web-based calendar:

• Find the “Add Calendar” button
• Click “Subscribe from web”
• Select "From Internet"
• Input: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/cityclerksunnyvale%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics

If you use an Android device or Google calendar:
