Celebrating its 40th year, the Hands on the Arts Festival is an all-day, hands-on children's art festival. With a selection of workshops, entertainment and food, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
What: The 40th annual Hands on the Arts Festival
When: Saturday, May 3, 2025, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Sunnyvale Community Center, 550 E. Remington Drive
This is a FREE event.
Note: Event is entirely indoors due to Sunnyvale Community Center ground renovations.
Arts and Entertainment
The festival has engaging entertainment for the whole family, including:
- Arts and crafts workshops for children led by professional artists
- All art supplies are included. Recommended for children ages 3 to 13
- Roving performers who interact with you around the Festival
Food for Purchase
Food is available for purchase from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Limited parking is available at the Community Center on a first-come, first-serve basis.
