Purchase Activity Passes
You have several options to purchase or renew an activity pass:
- Online (under the Memberships tab)
- By phone or in-person during business hours (Monday through Friday, hours below):
- Community Center - 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.: 408-730-7350
- Senior Center - 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.: 408-730-7360
Use Activity Passes
You can use your pass for an activity in two ways:
- After purchasing a pass, there will be a barcode on the receipt that staff can scan to check you in.
- If you do not have your barcode, provide your name to the staff member at the check-in desk for manual entry.
Manage Your Activity Passes
You can view information about your activity passes by following a few simple steps:
- Sign in to your Sunnyvale Activities online account.
- Under "Other Services," select "Memberships."
- Your membership information will be shown including:
- Activity pass #
- Type of membership
- The usage and expiry date
- Any limitations of usage
