How To Purchase, Use and Manage an Activity Pass

You have several options to purchase or renew an activity pass:

Online (under the Memberships tab)
By phone or in-person during business hours (Monday through Friday, hours below):
- Community Center - 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.: 408-730-7350
- Senior Center - 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.: 408-730-7360

You can use your pass for an activity in two ways:

After purchasing a pass, there will be a barcode on the receipt that staff can scan to check you in.
If you do not have your barcode, provide your name to the staff member at the check-in desk for manual entry.

You can view information about your activity passes by following a few simple steps:

Activity Pass Rules

By purchasing an activity pass, the purchaser agrees to the terms outlined in the Activities Registration, Policies and Procedures.

Activity passes expire two years after date of purchase (exactly 730 days), regardless of usage.
One activity pass per person. Activity passes cannot be shared or transferred.
Each visit equals one use.
For activities that require an appointment, you MUST purchase an activity pass at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

NOTICE: The City reserves the right to cancel your appointment for failure to have a valid activity pass on file.

Activity Appointments

Painting and Pottery Studio activity passes REQUIRE an appointment.

You can make an appointment up to 7 days in advance.
By making an appointment you agree to the City’s Participation Policies.
Appointments fill up quickly. Check back to see if appointments are available due to cancellations.

Before arrival, you must have 1) a confirmed appointment and 2) a valid pass.
During check-in you must present your valid pass.
- You may show it on your mobile device or print copy.
If you are late you will miss your appointment and you will be charged as a no show.
You must exit the facility immediately at the end of your appointment time.

You may cancel your scheduled appointment up to 12 hours in advance. To cancel, click on the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button at the bottom of your appointment confirmation email.
We do not accept cancellations made less than 12 hours from your appointment.
If you arrive late (after the 15 minute check-in period) or not at all, the “no shows” will be deducted from your activity pass.
