Adopt-a-Storm Drain
Join Sunnyvale’s Adopt-a-Storm Drain program to help prevent flooding and keep our creeks and the Bay clean. Storm drains flow straight to local waterways, so keeping them clear of leaves and trash makes a big difference. Adopt a storm drain and help keep your neighborhood safe and clean all year.

What to Expect

- After one year, we will ask if you want to renew or end your adoption.

- Borrow our tools and safety gear if needed. Tools must be returned if you leave the program.
- Submit photos or videos of you cleaning your drain for a chance to be featured in future outreach campaigns.
