Shelter, Meal, Shower and Other Services

If you are experiencing homelessness, these local services can help with shelter, meals, showers, and other essentials, while also connecting you to longer-term resources. These programs are provided by community partners in collaboration with the City or County.

Here4You Hotline through Bill Wilson Center	Connects Santa Clara County residents to emergency shelters, housing support and waitlists.	Phone: 408-385-2400 Call Center Hours: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week
La Selva Community Clinic through Momentum for Health	Serves adults living with serious mental health or substance use conditions. Provides: Outpatient services Residential treatment Supportive services Community behavioral health advocate programs Services are: Available in English and Spanish.
