Our 2026-2030 draft Strategic Plan to Address Homelessness is a five-year plan. It explains how we will work to reduce homelessness in Sunnyvale. The plan focuses on helping people who are unhoused or at risk of losing their housing.
The Plan may include actions to:
- Create more affordable housing
- Prevent people from becoming homeless
- Provide supportive services
- Strengthen partnerships with community organizations
Together, these efforts aim to improve quality of life for people experiencing homelessness and for the Sunnyvale community as a whole.
Input Opportunities
We are asking for community feedback on the draft Strategic Plan from February through March 2026.
You can share your input by:
- Taking an online survey (below)
- Attending future meetings
- Participating in other outreach activities
We will review all feedback and use it to update the Plan. We will present the revised Plan to City Council late spring 2026.
