Make sure you have time to apply

Apply at least 15 days before your planned project dates. This allows time for our review and processing.

There is no fee for the permit. Fees may apply if you need City services, such as street closures.

Make sure you have the required forms

Don’t worry if you don’t have them to start your permit application. You will receive an email request for your insurance. You will forward the email to your insurer to submit the forms.

Owner Consent:

If you will be filming on private property you will need consent from the owner. Have the owner email their consent to Communications.
