• April 2023 - Design phase start
• Spring 2023 to fall 2023 - Public Outreach phase
• Fall 2023 to summer 2024 - Design and Bid document preparation
• Fall 2024 - Bidding on project work
• Winter 2024 - Construction begins
• Summer 2025 - Construction complete

This site is currently undeveloped. It had been part of the Corn Palace farm- and fruit-stand site. In the Corn Palace II development project, we acquired the land to build a new public park.
