The City uses the PlanetBids public procurement portal to provide up-to-date information, including detailed bid or RFP information, planholders' lists and the ability to access digital copies of these documents.

The City offers unlimited, free access to all available documents on PlanetBids.

How do I Submit a Bid or Proposal?

• Select an opportunity and review the information listed, download all attachments and acknowledge all addenda.
• Select Place eBid at the bottom right to enter your submission.  You may save your offer as a Draft.  Remember to Submit before the deadline.

City of Sunnyvale Housing Rehabilitation Program

Get on our Rehabilitation Program’s Contractor List to receive bid invitations for housing rehabilitation projects in Sunnyvale. Projects are home access work and home repairs (roofing, plumbing, and kitchen and bathroom remodels) up to $89,000. We will email an application and list of requirements to you within seven days. Approved contractors will be sent bid invitations as projects are received.
