MySunnyvale is our new customer service platform that makes it easier to report issues, request services and share feedback with the City. The system replaced Access Sunnyvale on the City's website and is available through both a web portal and mobile app (iOS and Android). Search for ”MySunnyvale CA”. 

MySunnyvale went live on Monday, June 22. Important things to know about the transition:

• We will transfer all open tickets to the new system.
• If you have AccessSunnyvale bookmarked, you’ll need to update that to the new link.
• We will be updating affected webpages and links over the next few weeks. You may experience broken links during that time.
• Download the mobile apps on Google Play or Apple App Store.
