Our online Recreation registration system has remained stable and we are enabling additional features. Customers with existing accounts can still log in to browse, register and pay for recreation programs and activities. 

What’s new is new customers can now create accounts during normal business hours as part of this phased rollout. 

Online Account Creation Reopening Timeline
We’re gradually restoring account creation access in these phases: 

• Nov. 4 to 7: Account creation available during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
• Nov. 10 to 14: Account creation available overnight on weekdays (Monday through Friday)
• Nov. 17 onward: Account creation available anytime

How to Register for Classes and Activities

Whether you have an account or not, you can register through any of our three customer service front desks. Help is available by phone or in person.

Need a new Recreation programs customer account when not available online?

To help us process your account, we will need the following information:

• Full name, birthdate and home address for each individual to be added to the account
• Preferred email and phone number for communications (such as waitlist updates, cancellations, and other notifications)
• Proof of Sunnyvale residency, if applicable. This includes a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) and a recent utility bill or lease agreement
