WHAT IS SUNNYAVLE'S PLAN FOR HOUSING?
The Housing and Community Revitalization Sub-element will set forth Sunnyvale's housing goals and policies for the 2007-2014 planning period to address existing and future housing needs.

AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAMS
The City of Sunnyvale provides affordable housing opportunities for very low to moderate individuals and families through various programs.

The City requires developers to contribute to the production of affordable housing.
HOUSING REHABILITATION LOANS AND GRANTS
Sunnyvale is also active in addressing issues of neighborhood quality by offering a variety of creative rehabilitation financing programs.
HOUSING AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION
The Housing and Human Services Commission advises the City Council on affordable housing programs, policies, funding of outside groups and reviews Commounity Development Block Grant programs and priorities.
