Request for Abandoned/Nuisance Vehicle Enforcement

In order for us to best serve your needs, the following information should be filled out as completely and accurately as possible.  Complaints that come in to the Abandoned/Nuisance Vehicle Unit are not necessarily public record.  It is our policy to try and maintain confidentiality whenever possible.  This form will be e-mailed to the Abandoned/Nuisance Vehicle Unit and responded to in the order it was received.  You will be contacted by phone or e-mail if additional information is required.  Response time will vary according to the number of complaints currently on file.  For more information call (408) 730-7150.  To read the Sunnyvale Municipal Code click here.
